I have been selling
tools for sometime now, and I must admit to my customers, I am biased towards bosch perth.
Why? At first it was because my Bosch rep took the best care of us . except convert
on, there is more to it than that, much more.
Every tool line has
it is issues and the bosch perth line is no different. There was a time
when they had plenty of issues with the Bosch drill. Now, the breaking issue is
not something that Bosch had issues with. As the tools got better and more
powerful, they weighed more and fell harder, they saw that in all the shape.
What impressed me with this particular situation is that Bosch went well beyond
their advertised warranty which not only made me look lovely, it made them look
lovely and impressed on my customer that they were serious about having top of
the line tool.
Well in the age of
the lithium drill, bosch
perth is still making it simple for me to
sell their tool line with assurance. They complete some grave change to the
Bosch line by beef up the tool with a better housing and steel reinforcements
were necessary. Their Brute Hard line is next to unbreakable! I have only had
to restore a pair of drill housing. was run over by a van on a chilled January
day and the other fell off a gas station canopy on a chilled Wisconsin work
day. Again this sort of durability makes me look lovely and keeps the customer
on the job.
Most of my repairs on
blackwoods perth,
since their introduction of the Brute Hard line, consists of a switch here or
there, a bad chuck now & again & some brush sets or broken wire
replacement. Today's Bosch tools have cut down on my service work, again, making
me look nice!
In case you are on a
job & the motor fries on you Bosch drill. You call Bosch, they send you a
brand spanking new drill with a label for your elderly drill, you box it up
& send it back & you are completed! That method usually takes days. You
cannot beat that turn around time. The batteries are covered for years, but the
device itself continues on for a total of years of parts & labor.
